Battle System
Although it’s a fantasy action RPG, it’s not an action game. Rather, it contains a fresh combat system in which a player can “Evolve” his or her character.

Evolve:
Evolve is the core action of the game. It lets you strengthen the spirit of your character to affect the outcome of battle. By influencing the outcome of battles, you can strategically change the game.

After the decision to Evolve your character has been made, you can choose one of two ways to Evolve:
Graceful Evolution: After making the decision to Evolve, you select the appropriate Evolve level. The longer your character is alive, the greater the effect that the Evolve will have on your stats. When you Evolve, you can change your stats by using specific Magic, on the condition that your character is alive.

No Graceful Evolve: If you have summoned a character from a Support Specialist (such as a Healer) or an Attack Specialist (such as a Sword User), you can choose No Graceful Evolve.

Regardless of the evolution method, Evolving your character directly affects your stats. As your stats increase, your abilities will also increase.

(Note: When the map of each dungeon changes, you will need to Evolve your stats again. If you haven’t yet Evolved them, then you may not be able to use your abilities during that dungeon. That said, even if your characters aren’t yet Evolved to the max, they will be able to use certain abilities when entering the next dungeon.)

Ability Strings:
By Evolving, you gain a number of ability strings. Each string is a number of abilities that you can use during battle.
In addition to these abilities, your character will automatically use certain abilities when the Combat Intensity Gauge (in the upper left) is high.

Graceful Evolve: After making a decision to Evolve, you can use any of the three strings:
First String,Second String,Third String: Use any three abilities from the First String, Second String, or Third String, at a speed of 1 string per turn.

No Graceful Evolve: If you have summoned a character from a Support Specialist (such as a Healer) or an Attack Specialist (such as a Sword User), you can choose No Graceful Evolve
