The University of Waterloo acknowledges that a lot of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our principal campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on every aspect of the Grand River. Our lively work towards reconciliation takes place throughout our campuses by way of analysis, studying, instructing, and community constructing, hamka and is centralized inside our Office of Indigenous Relations.

The students will obtain living expenses each month during their studies in Indonesia. After finishing studies of Indonesian language and culture, the students will receive a certificate from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture via International Cooperation Planning Bureau (BPKLN).
