The first one (Creative Indie Covers) is the one that I use. What’s more, if you manage to get your book on the same Amazon sales page as a traditional best-selling author, you will sell even more copies. Alexis covered the results of our launch in an earlier blog post, but the final tally for February 2014 was $200.24 from 168 sales.
