PVC tarpaulin is a polyester filament base fabric and double-sided coated pvc tarp paste resin. Because it’s a dip-molding course of, it is formed in one time. There is PVC slurry within the gap of the cloth, so the waterproof efficiency is nice. The production course of: polyester filament cloth – Dip coating – drying and shaping – calendering and cooling – winding, now the tarpaulin on the truck, the yard and other rainproof merchandise are product of PVC tarpaulin. Cover Max is a convenient midweight PVC coated fabric made from 12 oz 1000D polyester, and is suitable for reasonable weather, and cover Tuff is an 18 oz 1000D polyester, ultimate for extreme weather circumstances whereas Tarp Clea is made of forty eight PHR, Extremely Clear PVC and appropriate for moderate weather.
