Convert string to date in.NET

I have following datetime string in my.NET application.
“29/11/2010 13:15:44.000”
I am getting the above string from a web service call. Now i need to convert it to DateTime object.
I have tried to convert it to DateTime but it is giving me invalid time value exception.
