VACANCY FOR MULTI-NATIONAL TEAM
IGNIS MINISTRY, the Pentecostal denomination that has been one of the most significant influences on our society, is seeking an ecumenical team that has a variety of experience with youth, ministry, Bible studies, and church planting. The Ministry has an ambitious mission to “invite and show Jesus to the next generation.”
Key responsibilities:
· Serve as the team’s research and writing pastor
· Serve as the team’s evangelism and missions pastor
· Serve as the team’s camp pastor
· Serve as the team’s primary evangelism pastor
· Serve as the team’s team leader
· Serve as the team’s diversity consultant
· Serves as the team’s ambassador with the public at large
In addition to these key responsibilities, the team will be responsible for serving the community at large through the church’s church planting initiatives.
General Requirements:
· Must be able to speak English, and read and write English well
· Must be an active and growing participant in the American Pentecostal Church
· Must be an enthusiastic young leader who enjoys working with teenagers and college students
· Must be a team player and be committed to the mission of the ministry
· Must be able to work independently
· Must be able to work non-standard hours, with less than 30 days’ notice being acceptable
· Must be willing to travel extensively at a moment’s notice
· Must be able to work at all times, whether it is in a traditional office environment or in an informal setting
· Must have a clear attitude of openness to God and a recognition of a responsibility to represent God in all that we do
· Must be able to be a team player
· Must be available to begin work immediately
· Must have a baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience in
