To run the program go to its installation folder.

Which version are you using?
The original PC based version contains a sched.ini configuration file in the directory like this one:
C:\Users\Aleksey\AppData\Roaming\SchedMachine\sched.ini

You can open this file and use the settings of the PC version.
The portable version does not include such a sched.ini file.

I have used the portable version. I have used it to change the time to 18:00+3 to select reboot at 18:00+3 and it worked well but when i try to start it at 10.10.39+3 it does not work. Any ideas what could be causing the issue.
