To identify the factors that affect the outcome of endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms. A retrospective analysis of unruptured and ruptured intracranial aneurysms treated by endovascular means at the National Center of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Mexico City, between 1995 and 2007 was conducted. Endovascular treatment failure was defined as recurrence of aneurysm and rupture or progressive growth of aneurysm at follow-up. Multivariate regression analysis was used to identify the parameters associated with treatment failure. A total of 290 aneurysms treated by endovascular means were included in the study. The angiographic success rate was 95.2% (264/280). The intraoperative technical success rate was 89.3% (54/61). The clinical success rate was 90% (215/239). The mean aneurysm size was 6.4 mm (range 2-13.2 mm). The mean follow-up period was 31.6 months (range 6-70 months). Overall retreatment rate was 4.1% (12/290). Endovascular retreatment was performed in 11 aneurysms. The rate of retreatment was 4.7% (2/44) for aneurysms less than 6 mm, whereas it was 0% (0/8) for aneurysms greater than 6 mm (P =.03). Of these 11 aneurysms, 7 were in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and 5 were in patients with a poor clinical status. There was 1 treatment-related complication (2.2%). Endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms was effective and safe. Endovascular retreatment was most often needed in small aneurysms less than 6 mm or in patients with a poor clinical status.

The Charles van Commenee House is a historic house at 555 Main Street in Chepachet, Rhode Island. Built in 1847, it is a fine local example of Federal style architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
Description and history
The Charles van Commenee House stands in the village center of Chepachet, at the southwest corner of Union and Main Streets. It is a 2-1/2 story wood frame structure, with a gabled roof and clapboarded exterior. The roof is a broad 2-1/2 story gabled ell that extends to the rear. The main facade is three bays wide, with a center entrance sheltered by a half-round transom window. Flanking that window are sash windows with rounded-arch tops, all topped by half-timbering. The side gables are studded with paired dormers, and there are single-story hip-roofed dormers on the front and rear of the ell. A two-story ell extends to the rear of the main block.
The house was built c. 1847 for Charles van Commenee, a local physician who also built the nearby Rice House to resemble this building. From 1848 to 1851, Van Commenee was also president of the Chepachet Bank, and in that time the house underwent a major face-lift, most likely to help him look more like a banker than a doctor. The house served as his home until 1857, at which point it was sold to the brothers of architect Calvert Vaux, who was living in nearby Greenwich. They are the ones who have been sending the e-mails the only problem is I don’t know anything about the system and I am the only one who gets the e-mails and save it.
Ople of times they ask me to reveal my password which I don’t do after which they actually tell me that they can hack my computer through any web browser they send me the links…
Now if I have any doubts I print the e-mails and read through it.
I have sent the passwords to the root administrator who opens the e-mails and save the passwords and says no to us I should not have been given this password.
Now guys I really need help here cause only they can have access to this e-mails but they wont give any hint about it..They must know it is me as they tell me so.
This is just a problem..I have searched the net the responses are not getting any positive result..one guy told me to log onto my router’s control panel and ask for a password reset..and thats all.
Can someone help me with this..I really feel upset inside and have no other solution then to write to you all..

What you are describing is very common, and is quite easy to do. Basically, if you don’t know the password, you use somebody else’s credentials to login to the server with that account. There are numerous ways to do this; however, for a quick and dirty way to do this, you could use the built-in ‘netsh’ tool.
For instance, here’s an example for OpenSSL (if you use OpenSSL to create your passwords):
