Android webview underlining links on Chrome causing flickering

I have a simple webview app. My links, i.e. texts, are underlined with a blue line. Problem is, while this works perfectly on Android 4.0.3 and below, it has a weird flicker on Android 4.4.x.

However, this didn’t solve the problem. I still am seeing the flickering in 4.4.x. Any suggestions?

the flickering appears only when the webview is over white background, but not when it is over the background color. so the problem can be fixed by using backgroundColor property in the webview XML file.

How to pass function arguments to a function in C++?

I’m trying to create a function that takes a function as a parameter and then calls that function with a number of arguments. It is easy enough to do this with simple functions, but with nested functions, it gets messy.

Design of the RACE PCR Using PCR Primers Directed at the Verified 3′ and 5′ End of TBX5 {#S4-1}

We designed PCR primers specifically directed at the 3′ and 5′ end of *TBX5* using the sequences of the *TBX5* cDNA that had been verified by the DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank nucleotide sequence databases. The cDNA sequence was assessed using Clustal X ([@B52]) and the Intron Subtractor software ([@B53]). These are available from DDBJ on line. Briefly, known putative start and stop codons were identified, and the full protein sequence beginning at the start codon was found by translating the *TBX5* mRNA sequence to amino acid sequence. These amino acids were then aligned with the amino acid sequences of all known vertebrate *TBX5* proteins. The cDNA sequence was then predicted to begin with the first amino acid of the aligned protein sequence. It is important to note that initiation codons are not putative and can vary in different species ([@B54]). Thus, we aligned amino acids that do not match known initiation codons. Since there is a high degree of conservation in the vicinity of the polyadenylation signal of the *TBX5* mRNA sequences of different species, we did not carry out the further step of prediction.
