The time period ‘Eth2’ itself is being phased out, as it doesn’t represent a single upgrade or new network. It’s extra accurately a set of multiple upgrades that each one do their half to make Ethereum extra scalable, secure, and sustainable. The community you know and love will simply be referred to as Ethereum.
