Gadgibility provides you with a lightweight and simple tool that can be used for quickly hiding the sidebar gadgets you have on the desktop.
The application runs in the system tray and enables you to access its features using a user-defined hotkey. Once this shortcut key is pressed, a menu appears and you have to select the ‘Gadgibility’ item to hide the gadgets.

From a cohort of 526 children with UDT, 103 with UDT and TDS, 132 with UDT and testis sparing, and 132 with UDT alone, data from the TDS clinic were collected. Age at orchiopexy, diagnostic imaging, and the number of surgeries were recorded. To account for the clustering of surgical procedures and the unequal sample size in the cohort, matched-pair analyses using the propensity score technique were performed. To calculate the propensity score, a logistic regression model was used to estimate the probability of a diagnosis of TDS based on the presence or absence of an orchiopexy. To evaluate the impact of surgical intervention on semen parameters, we assessed pre- and post- orchiopexy peak changes in semen parameters. Mean age at the first surgery and the total number of surgeries were 5.76 ± 3.08 years and 2.25 ± 0.92 (SD), respectively. Mean time between the first surgery and the last surgery was 2.72 ± 1.27 years (SD). In the entire sample of 526 children with UDT, 102 of 103 children with TDS had a history of surgery for UDT. Surgical orchiopexy was more often applied in children with TDS than in children with UDT alone or testis sparing. There was no substantial difference in the number of surgeries between the UDT groups. However, lower pre-orchiopexy mean number of sperm per ejaculate was observed in children
