What Is AutoCAD?

Filename conventions

The filename convention for AutoCAD Activation Code drawings is \x.dwg for a DWG or \x.dwf for a DWF file. AutoCAD is one of the three 3D CAD systems and it is available for Windows and macOS (and iOS). An AutoCAD version for tablets was also released. Scheduling Web API calls

I need to schedule some heavy API calls on some time interval. For example every 5 seconds.
Scheduling them is not a problem and I have code which works. But when a new API request is triggered then the scheduled tasks are not executed.
To make the scenario more complex here is a picture to explain what is happening:

I assume that some kind of a queue is used for this, but how to tell them to execute every 5 seconds is not clear.
