For a few years and for many reasons (which could have more to do with the human mind than they do with the medical establishment), we have now been defining health because the absence of illness and wellness as being roughly the identical as health. Effectiveness signifies that the individual is able to make modifications in his/her behaviour or thoughts which have a tangible, positive impact.
