Married At First Sight’s Natasha Spencer has been sober for the past seven months and couldn’t be happier with the decision. 

Speaking toon Tuesday, the 28-year-old revealed she ditched the booze in order to improve her health. 

‘The health benefits are endless. The mental clarity that I have, the energy,’ she told the publication. 

‘I used to have problems with gut health and having no alcohol has definitely helped with that as well as bloating.’ 

Natasha went on to say that she was looking forward to enjoying New Year’s Eve without a glass of booze in hand. 

‘With New Year’s Eve coming up, so many of us get drunk on New Year’s so it’s nice to be able to start 2022 fresh, without any regrets and without the hangover.’ 

The Bachelor’s Helena Sauzier also ditched alcohol four months ago and seems pleased with the decision.  

‘I didn’t realise how much it dulled my senses and impacted my freedom, my self-esteem, Claritox Pro Support my body, my relationships and ultimately, my life,’ she said. 

‘My childlike wonder is back in full force.’ 

According to Healthline, your body undergoes a number of healthy changes after abstaining from drinking. 

The benefits include liver relief, decrease risk of cardiovascular disease, and a reduced risk of cancer.

Kicking the habit also normally sees weight loss and a boost in brain power.
