\u2022Printouts of poor decision because of file quality<\/p>\n

\u2022Problems attributable to misinformation from college or instructors (i.e. telling college students incorrect data)<\/p>\n

\u2022Problems as a result of buyer error<\/p>\n

\u2022Problems because of misconfigured printing choices (i.e. greyscale field checked on coloration printouts)<\/p>\n

\u2022Printouts older than three business days at the time of the request<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1. Every Ballot Card Accounting File shall include the following info:1. Name of the ballot printer;<\/p>\n

2. Identify of the election;<\/p>\n

3. Date of the election;<\/p>\n

4. Tint and watermark task for the election;<\/p>\n

5. Name of the jurisdiction for which the unfinished ballot cards or ballot cards are being printed;<\/p>\n

6. The method being used to supply the ballots;<\/p>\n

7. Contract and\/or purchase order quantity;<\/p>\n

8. Ballot card dimension;<\/p>\n

9. Format;<\/p>\n

10. Ballot sort (e.g. everlasting vote by mail, precinct, accessibility, each day vote by mail updates, duplicates, or ballot on demand);<\/p>\n

11. Quantity in the contract or buy order;<\/p>\n

12. Amount produced (e.g. manufactured and\/or \u0440\u0435\u043c\u043e\u043d\u0442 \u043f\u043b\u0430\u0441\u0442\u0438\u043a\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0445 \u0434\u0435\u0442\u0430\u043b\u0435\u0439 \u043c\u043e\u0441\u043a\u0432\u0435<\/a> completed);<\/p>\n

13. Amount shipped;<\/p>\n

14. Amount scrapped or destructed; and<\/p>\n

15. Amount placed in the warehouse for storage.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1. The principal ballot printer shall notify the Secretary of State in writing and shall state the amount of ballot playing cards to be folded, stuffed, or packaged for shipment by the subcontractor.<\/p>\n

2. The principal ballot printer shall present the Secretary of State with the name, address, contact data (e.g. phone, fax, e-mail, and so on.) of the subcontractor and facility being used to meet the order, if totally different.<\/p>\n

3. The principal ballot printer shall also notify the jurisdiction(s) in writing that the subcontract affects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
