Within the 1960s and 1970s, many European international <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefreedictionary.com\/locations%20legalized\">locations legalized<\/a> several forms of gambling, especially slot machines, lotteries, casinos and bingo, in order to control illegal gambling and to acquire tax revenues for authorities.
