JCBBib is a Macro designed to run in Microsoft Word. JCBBib creates Bibliography entries in the Modern Language Association (MLA) format. At the moment it is possible to cite websites, pictures, books, (online) encyclopedias, periodical articles from an online subscription data base, wikipedias, interviews, videos and e-mails.\nJCBBib will install into MS Word as a Macro. After Configuring JCBBib a klick on a button in MS Word is enough to start JCBBib. JCBBib is updated frequently: Bugs and errors are fixed and new extras are included.<\/p>\n\n\n

At the moment it is possible to cite websites, pictures, books, (online) encyclopedias, periodical articles from an online subscription data base, wikipedias, interviews, videos and e-mails.\nIf you want all sources in one reference list in alphabetical order, just copy the reference list and paste it into Word. All the entries will now be in alphabetical order.\nIf you have a reference list with a color-code (e.g. blue for journal, red for book) you can add a custom reference style to Word – just click on the macro shortcut for Word and click “Edit Custom Reference Styles”. You will get a dialogue where you can select your color-code.\nAfter that you click OK and you get a new Reference style in your Word-document.\nClick on the color-code in the Reference list.\nClick “Assign”.\nClick OK.\nSome Problems:\nThere is no possibility to cite book, article from a subscription-data base, periodical, video, website or interview. (Maybe I will fix this in future versions)\nIf you click on the link of your reference it opens a new Word document.\nThe current version of JCBBib only has support for Microsoft Word 2007. References are stored in separate files. The author-list references can be imported and exported from text files. The bibliography entry includes a title, authors, bibliographic entries and a reference note. The items are listed as t.p. (title, name of author, page-number) or as [author], [year], (page-number). The authors-list is presented as A1\u2013A10 or A1\u2013A50. References from the same author are listed as A1.3, A10.2, A10.4.
