It doesn\u2019t rely on the victim to cheat on a form and give a con artist the information that he or she needs to keep deceiving them.<\/p>\n Any wrongdoer can easily perform with impunity because of the power of a big claim to ruin a life. What is usually considered the worst possible outcome is that the unfortunate victim has been told a lie, and because of that they are now saddled with the further misfortune of having to pay money to the liar.
