fainted while waiting to get inside.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Police in the city reported a generally good-natured atmosphere, with revellers singing the national anthem in the streets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">In\u00a0T\u00f8nsberg, police were called after a group of around ten young men started scrapping outside a nightclub near the pier. Fortunately nobody was seriously injured and the police arrested a 20-year-old man.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The chaos on the streets provoked an angry response from some, including nightclub manager\u00a0Johan Hoeeg Haanes in Oslo, who said the prime minister have given more warning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;That&#8217;s exactly what I predicted would happen,&#8217; he told the VG newspaper.\u00a0&#8216;It was a life-threatening situation in the city because they (government) didn&#8217;t give us at least a few days advance notice. This was a dangerous situation, as police said all places were packed.&#8217;\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">However, others were grateful to be getting back to business despite the challenges for staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;It was a bit of an evening, but I&#8217;m very happy that we got to open. People must be allowed to live as they wish,&#8217; she said late Saturday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Norway is the second country in Nordic region to lift COVID-19 restrictions after Denmark did so on September 10.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">More than 76 per cent of Norway&#8217;s population have received one vaccine dose, and nearly 70 per cent have had both shots, according to official figures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">PM Solberg said:\u00a0&#8216;Even though everyday life is now back to normal for most people, the pandemic is not over.
