She connects the dozens of women she manages and mentors with each other and with industry leaders and seeks to raise the profile of high-potential women internally within senior management, with clients, with industry leaders and in the media by delegating speaking roles of panel participation to them. As well as serving as the executive sponsor of BProud, BigCommerce’s ERG supporting LGTBQ+ employees, Lisa is actively involved in the women’s ERG BEmpowered, where she has spoken to the group about the value of diversity and the importance of investing in mentorship and sponsorship relationships.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
One of her roles within these groups has been hosting and serving as a panellist on several company-wide webcasts devoted to diversity and inclusion issues, including in November 2020 an EMBRACE Global Inclusive Conversations event \u2018Delivering on Race Delivers Results’.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
